The function of this system is to make new and old treatment
systems functional for biological household waste, bringing the
effluent in compliance with the parameters of antipollution law
no. 152 of 11/05/1999.
WHEN TO INSTALL IT
The module is indispensable in
all biological systems that are unable to perform their
function; it can be installed in restaurants, cafeterias,
hotels, shopping centers and homes.
The biological treatment system is based on sludge, its
creation, cycle, drawing-off, and stabilization. All these
processes must be performed in compliance with specific
parameters.
The sludge must be removed on a cyclical basis according to the
treatment needs rather than the availability, ability, and
convenience of whoever is removing.
The installation of the technological module makes it possible
to optimize the treatment process, prevents emergencies caused
by an excess or scarcity of sludge, reduces treatment costs,
allows for water reuse, and makes the surrounding environment
clean and livable.

AUTOMATION AND FUNCTIONING |
1. The system is made of
stainless steel tanks. Its four sides are closed and have access
hatches. It emits no bad odors, generates low emission levels,
brings considerable energy and maintenance savings and is
guaranteed to comply with legal parameters.
2. The module must be installed to render old systems and Imhoff
tanks functional, in case of wastewater treatment problems or
inefficient systems.
3. Its installation is extremely simple: the module is set on
the ground near the existing tank. The tank is upgraded by
removing any walls or separators, functional connections are
made, the system is parameterized and programmed, and the module
is ready for use. Installation time: one day.
4. No construction work, no digging, and no permits are needed
for installation.
5. The existing tank will hold the lifting pump, control floats,
and oxygen diffusers.
6. The mixture of sludge and water created in the buried tank is
sent to the modules central tank, equipped with special
baffles. The water is freed of the sludge. The purified and
clarified water is collected in a peripheral channel where it is
disinfected, and then sent for recycling. The separated sludge
is sent back into the tank to complete the treatment process, or
it will be held and subjected to a stabilization and filtration
treatment. The sludge stabilization process is carried out
through the introduction of an oxidizing substance, an alkaline
substance, and a coagulating substance. The chemical substances
are introduced through the dosing pumps; once the sludge is
amalgamated with the chemical substances, it will be sent into
the filtration bags for thickening. The treatment process is
managed automatically by a C.L.P. with a dedicated program for
each single system. All the treatment phases are equipped with
alarms for end of product, pump shutdown, and full bags.

ADVANTAGES OF CHOOSING THIS SYSTEM |
The advantages of choosing our system may be summed up as
follows:
Installation simplicity
Ability to move the system very easily according to future
needs: just empty it and move it to its new position
Self-cleaning system: does not require any emptying or other,
even more expensive, operations
Simple sludge extraction system, which can be done by a single
person
Ability to check it by telephone and act in real time
depending on needs
The only integrated system with biological, chemical-physical,
and sludge thickening treatments
Can be installed anywhere; all that is needed is a 220V 1.5 KW
single-phase electrical line; the system is entirely closed
Does not emit bad odors and is very quiet
No building licenses or other documents are necessary for its
installation.
